The Microphone AMP Board enables you to add a power amplifier with microphone to your applications. There is an on-board Audio Power Amplifier LM4864 and microphone that can be connected to your prototype device via an on-board screw terminal.

The Microphone AMP Board features a microphone connected to a power amplifier LM4864 designed for use in low-voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 in order to keep external part count low, but the addition of a potentiometer and capacitor between pins 1 and 8 will increase the gain up to 200.
