How does it work?

DC Motor (RS-555) is a brushed DC motor (RS-555SH-2770) designed to deliver high efficiency and reliable performance in a wide range of applications. It operates within a voltage range of 18V to 30V DC, with an optimal nominal voltage of 24V. At no load, the motor reaches a speed of 9100rpm while drawing a minimal current of just 0.18A, making it energy-efficient when operating under light loads. When running at its maximum efficiency, the motor achieves a rotational speed of 7700 rpm while consuming a current of 1.22A. At this point, it delivers a torque of 27.9mN·m (285g·cm) and an output power of 22.7W, ensuring optimal performance without excessive energy consumption. In stall conditions, where the motor is prevented from rotating, it can produce a maximum torque of 195.6mN·m (1995g·cm), but with a significantly higher current draw of 7.5A.

The motor features a precisely machined 3.175mm shaft diameter, allowing for easy integration with compatible mechanical components. It supports both clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) rotation, offering flexibility for different operational requirements. The RS-555SH-2770 is equipped with an oil-bearing system, which enhances its durability by reducing friction and wear over time.
